Starting in October we will have a weekly Star of the Week. Attached is a schedule through the year of when your child will be Star of the Week!!  I will be sending home a sheet for your child to fill out the week before they are the Star!! When your child is the Star of the Week they may bring anything (with your permission) from home that they would like to share with the class.  Some students bring in many items; some students bring in only a few pictures and items.  It is entirely up to the individual what is brought to share.  Whatever is comfortable for both you and your child is fine.  Usually the items are brought in on Monday to share and snack time, however, there is room for flexibility.

I hope that this activity helps us to know each other better and make everyone feel more important.  I look forward to meeting all of the "stars" of room 103.
